Kashid is a beach town popular for its blue seas, sandy beaches, green mountains, paddy fields, and rivulets. Situated in the western Indian state of Maharashtra, Kashid is tucked between two hummocks with Casuarinas groves all over the beach. So far, it is one of the best beaches in the Konkan region that attracts lots of tourists during weekends. Some of the major attractions of this beautiful place are Janjira fort, Kashid Beach and Nandgaon Beach.

Day 1: Mumbai – Kashid (120 kms)

Meet on arrival at Mumbai Airport / Railway station and drive to Kashid. On arrival check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for rest. Overnight at Hotel. Kashid is a beach town on the shores of Arabian Sea, in the North Konkan region of Maharashtra, India. It is located 30km from Alibag and 135km from Mumbai on the Alibag-Murud road. Kashid is popular mainly because of its white sand, blue seas, green mountains, paddy fields, and rivulets. Kashid has a 3 km stretch of beach tucked in between two rocky hillocks with Casuarina groves all around the seashore. This is by far the best beach in this part of the Konkan region and though absolutely deserted on weekdays, the town can attract its fair share of weekend holidaymakers.

Day 2: Kashid

After breakfast visit, Janjira fort - This fort, the only one of its kind is located offshore in the Arabian sea. This unconquered fort belongs to the 17th century. Malik Ambar, a minister during the reign of Sultan of Ahmednagar constructed the fort. This marvel of ancient engineering stands in spite of ravaging winds and tides of the Arabian sea. Nandgaon Beach: Renowned for its magnificent Ganpati temple, you can stop by here for a visit to pay respects. Especially visit it in February when a fair is held in honor of the god. You may also spend a day at the beach. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Kashid – Mumbai

After breakfast drive back to Mumbai. On arrival transfer to Airport / Railway station for your onward destination. End of the services.
